Location Audio & Mixing: Instructor Buddy Winset

Description:
This course will teach students how to get the best location audio possible for, digital video, Film & TV.
Students will learn about the various audio equipment and techniques used. Students will have hands on training with professional equipment and learn the techniques and skills necessary to capture great audio as well as the crew training to become an audio mixer, assistant, and boom operator.
This is an 8 week course with in depth training and hands on teaching.
Instructor Bio:
Mr. Winsett has thirty five years’ experience in the fields of television, music, movie and satellite communications. He has been director of production and engineering for national television networks, and has won national awards, including a Presidential Commission from former President Bush, which he wrote, produced and directed. Owner and Founder of Chameleon Communications Group, as well as Indie Studios, Mr. Winsett has been an integral part of the Florida film industry. A passionate teacher, he strives to pass on a lifetime of knowledge to upcoming filmmakers, and continue to support and outfit the Florida independent film movement with top flight service, gear, and studio facilities.
